The Giddy Giraffe will be closed from 9th January - 3rd February 2012. All orders received during this time will be despatched the first week in Feb.
All furniture orders will be processed automatically and will still be available 5 weeks from order date.
Our online email enquiry will still be monitored during this time.

We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us within 14 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging and we will replace it for you. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on any customised/personalized items, this includes ALL furniture colours. Freight is non-refundable. We do accept all returns under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Ordering, Payment & Pricing
Ordering from The Giddy Giraffe is quick and easy using our online shopping cart. We accept VISA and Mastercard. Our secure payment server uses 128-bit encryption to protect your credit card details.
If you do not have a credit card we do accept direct bank transfer (ASB 12-3042-0378558-00 The Giddy Giraffe Limited) and Eftpos.
For our Australian customers, direct transfer can be arranged to Commonwealth Bank BSB06 2000 A/C: 1186 6754
Giddy Giraffe Limited reserves the right to alter prices. The price confirmed at the time of ordering, however, will not be altered.
Please note that quoted prices exclude freight, postage and packaging.

We are delighted to accept all international orders and currently supply USA, UK, Australia and South Africa on a regular basis- please contact us at enquiries@giddygiraffe.co.nz with your requirements.
Currency
All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and include GST.
Lay-by Terms
A 20% Deposit is required with the balance payable within 3 months.
Delivery & Freight
All furniture orders are 4-5 weeks from order date + delivery time.
